Dr. Tianlei Ying is the founder and CEO of Forlong Biotech. He has more than 15 years of immunology research experience; several antibody or protein drugs he developed have  licensed to pharmaceutical companies（Pfizer, Merck, etc.）and have advanced into clinical stage. He previously served as a Investigator at the National Cancer Institute (NCI), USA, where he twice received the Federal Technology Transfer Award. Dr. Ying has published 100+  SCI publications and holds 30+ patents. He is currently a Distinguished Professor at Fudan University and Director of the Shanghai Engineering Research Center for Synthetic Immunology. Dr. Ying earned both his Bachelor’s and Ph.D. degrees from Fudan University.

Dr. Dong Wei is the CEO of Forlong Biotech, and  a seasoned biotech executive with over 20 years of global research & development and management experiences in the industry. Most recently, Dr. Wei served as CEO of Codone and as CEO of EdiGene. In four and half years he transformed EdiGene into a clinical-stage biotech with multiple therapeutic gene-editing platforms, obtaining the 1st IND approval and executing the 1st Phase I clinical trial of a gene-editing therapy in China. Before that, he was Chief Operating Officer at Treos Bio, Global Development Leader of late-stage development programs at Shire (now part of Takeda), Senior Director of Business Operation and Program Management at Johnson & Johnson Innovation Center at California, and held various R&D and business positions with increasing responsibilities at global biopharmaceutical companies including BioMarin, Elan, and Janssen, leading a number of clinical-stage programs across therapeutic areas including oncology, immunology, neurodegenerative diseases, and orphan genetic diseases. Prior to that, he was Senior Consultant and Manager at Deloitte Consulting, advising global life science and healthcare clients in Strategy & Operation areas, and worked on oncology drug discovery at Chiron as well as genomic technologies at Applied Biosystems. He has an MBA from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Michigan State University and a B.S. in Genetics from Peking University.

Mr. Ji En, co-founder, chairman and chief financial officer of the company. He is mainly responsible for the company's strategic planning, financial management and personnel management, etc. Under Mr. Ji En's leadership, the company has won many honors and its product pipeline has entered the clinical stages in China and the United States. Before founding this company, Mr. Ji En served as assistant general manager of Jiujiang Bank (HK6190), a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and won the honor of "Outstanding Employee" from the head office. Mr. Ji En was named the 2023 Innovative and Entrepreneurial Young Talent in Huqiu District, Suzhou.

Dr. Xiajun Xu is Senior Clinical Director at Forlong Biotech,with 14 years of clinical development experience in oncology drugs at at GSK, Pfizer, BMS, BeiGene and IASO BIO rtc. and 5 years of clinical practice as a surgeon in hospital. He has comprehensive Phase I–III clinical development experience; successfully advanced five drugs into global multi-center clinical studies and contributed to multiple drug approvals and launches. Besides, he managed pivotal Clinical Study Reports (CSRs) for NDA/BLA submissions, leading End-of-Phase 2 (EOP2) regulatory communications, and supporting dual regulatory filings in both China and the U.S. At IASO Bio, he led the clinical team to complete the pivotal registration study of a BCMA CAR-T therapy, achieving the first-in-class (FIC) oncology drug approval in China.He received his Bachelor’s degree from Tongji University and his MD from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Dr. Yanling Wu is the Co-Founder and CTO of Forlong Biotech. She is a Professor focused on the development of therapeutic antibodies and the innovative engineering of novel antibody structures. Currently, she is a Professor at Fudan University and Deputy Director of the Shanghai Engineering Research Center for Synthetic Immunology. She has published 50+ SCI papers and holds 20+ patents, with multiple antibodies licensed to biotech and biopharmaceutical companies. Dr. Wu earned her Ph.D. degree from Fudan University.

Dr. Haiming Huang is Senior R&D Director of at Forlong Biotech, bringing more than 20 years of experience in therapeutic antibody developing and antibody/protein engineering. He formerly served as Associate Director of R&D at Innovent Biologics and as a Scientist at Amgen.Earlier in his career, he was a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Western Ontario, Canada, and served as Director at the Toronto Recombinant Antibody Centre (TRAC) under Professor Sidhu at the University of Toronto for over 10 years. Dr. Huang has published more than 30  papers and filed five patent applications. He earned his Ph.D. from Peking Union Medical College.
