Mr. Ji En, co-founder, chairman and chief financial officer of the company. He is mainly responsible for the company's strategic planning, financial management and personnel management, etc. Under Mr. Ji En's leadership, the company has won many honors and its product pipeline has entered the clinical stages in China and the United States. Before founding this company, Mr. Ji En served as assistant general manager of Jiujiang Bank (HK6190), a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and won the honor of "Outstanding Employee" from the head office. Mr. Ji En was named the 2023 Innovative and Entrepreneurial Young Talent in Huqiu District, Suzhou.

Dr. Tianlei Ying is the founder and CEO of Forlong Biotech. He has more than 15 years of immunology research experience; several antibody or protein drugs he developed have  licensed to pharmaceutical companies（Pfizer, Merck, etc.）and have advanced into clinical stage. He previously served as a Investigator at the National Cancer Institute (NCI), USA, where he twice received the Federal Technology Transfer Award. Dr. Ying has published 100+  SCI publications and holds 30+ patents. He is currently a Distinguished Professor at Fudan University and Director of the Shanghai Engineering Research Center for Synthetic Immunology. Dr. Ying earned both his Bachelor’s and Ph.D. degrees from Fudan University.

Dr. Yanling Wu is the Co-Founder and CTO of Forlong Biotech. She is a Professor focused on the development of therapeutic antibodies and the innovative engineering of novel antibody structures. Currently, she is a Professor at Fudan University and Deputy Director of the Shanghai Engineering Research Center for Synthetic Immunology. She has published 50+ SCI papers and holds 20+ patents, with multiple antibodies licensed to biotech and biopharmaceutical companies. Dr. Wu earned her Ph.D. degree from Fudan University.

• Mr. Xin Huang is Managing Partner of Co-Win Ventures. He started Co-Win Ventures' healthcare practice and has since led the investment. He has over 20 years of experience in clinical medicine, translational research, healthcare management consulting and venture capital investment. His profession in venture capital started in 2010.

• Mr. Huang has led and participated in deals such as CytekBio (CTKB.US), Connect Biopharma (CNTB.US), Thrive (acquired by EXAS.US), Celsius (acquired by AbbVie), PGDx (acquired by Labcorp), Immorna, Aucoda Pharmaceuticals, D1 Med Technology, Snipet, CytoChip, Complete Omics, Leads Biolabs, CF PharmTech, 3DMed, and etc.

• In 2024, Mr. Huang was named the “Healthcare Investor of the Year” by Houyue Capital, marking his fourth time receiving this prestigious honor. Additionally, he has been named to the China TOP 30 Angel Investors by Entrepreneurship Foundation & CV INFO and the TOP 50 Most Influential Investors by CHC & Citic Securities for 2021.

• Prior to joining Co-Win Ventures, Mr. Huang served as Management Consultant of BCG and Senior Investment Manager of Omaha Capital.

• Mr. Huang holds an M.D. from Peking Union Medical College, and a Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University. He was ranked No.1 in the National College Entrance Exam in China in 1995.

Ms. Baolin Zhu is Vice President of Investment at PuHua Capital, focused on biotech ventures. She has led or participated in deals involving Forlong Biotech, Linno Pharma, HBOW Bio, AIM Vaccine, GENEVAX, Everest Medicines, Sirnaomics, and Worg Pharma etc. Prior to joining PuHua Capital, she undertook advanced placements at the Zhejiang Provincial Food and Drug Administration, the Center for Drug Evaluation, and the Center for Drug Certification, gaining deep insight into regulatory review and compliance frameworks. Ms. Zhu holds degrees from the China Pharmaceutical University and the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Zhejiang University.
